Statement by the C.S.A. Security Council on State Sovereignty Initiatives
Bureau of Public Information
April 3, 2009
The Security Council praises the various sovereignty measures moving through state legislatures that are designed to reassert state authority through a rollback of federal authority under the powers enumerated in the Constitution, with states assuming the governance of the non-enumerated powers as required in Amendments 9 and 10. The next step is to give these resolutions some teeth.
